Air pillows replace paper void fill and loose bubble at a fraction of the shipping weight. One master roll of film inflates into hundreds of linear feet of cushion on-demand at your pack bench, so you store air only when you need it.
Single-strip pillows handle light e-commerce fragility; multi-strip and block-fill patterns protect freight that would otherwise need foam. Perforated seams let pickers tear sections to length without tools or scissors. When an item doesn't belong in a box, we also stock bubble mailers, padded kraft mailers, and rigid chipboard mailers.
Branded print on film or mailer runs at low minimums — typically 2,500 units — with 10-day lead time for standard sizes.
