We may modify the content of the Site — including the products available, descriptions, and prices — at any time without notice. We may also refuse any order, limit quantities purchased by any person, account, household, or region, decline to ship to any jurisdiction, or discontinue a product entirely at our discretion. Any product offer on the Site is void where prohibited by law.

Additional terms applicable to your purchase — including our shipping, return, and warranty policies — are set out in our FAQs and order confirmations and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Those documents may be updated from time to time; check them before placing each order.

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate, complete, and current, but the Site may contain typographical errors, omissions, or out-of-date information — including product descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. Information on the Site is provided for general reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a purchasing or operational decision.

We try to display product colors, textures, and images faithfully, but we cannot guarantee how they will appear on your device. For authoritative product information you should consult the manufacturer's spec sheet directly.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and may change or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information, at any time and without prior notice — including after an order has been submitted. Any reliance on the information on the Site is at your own risk.

Products sold through the Site are typically supplied by third-party manufacturers or distributors. Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized Enoch representative, we make no warranty that any product will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular purpose.

From time to time we may also provide consulting, design, kitting, fulfilment, implementation, or related services. Those services may be governed by additional terms and are provided at our discretion and without warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and shipping information — including a valid email address and, where applicable, payment-method details — so that we can fulfil your orders and contact you about them. You agree to promptly update that information as it changes.

The Site may link to or integrate with websites, products, or services operated by third parties. We do not control or monitor those resources. They are made available subject to the terms and conditions imposed by their respective providers, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty, representation, or endorsement of any kind from us. Your use of any third-party resource is at your own risk, and we have no liability arising from or related to that use.

The designs, photographs, images, text, copy, layouts, and other content on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual-property laws and are the exclusive property of Enoch Packaging Supply or its licensors. None of the content on the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, mirrored, downloaded, transmitted, distributed, displayed, or otherwise used without our prior written consent — or, where applicable, the consent of the relevant copyright or trademark owner.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, feedback, or other content — whether at our request or on your own initiative, and whether by email, postal mail, the Site, or any other channel (collectively, “Submissions”) — you agree that we may, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use those Submissions in any medium. We have no obligation to keep any Submission confidential, to compensate you for it, or to respond to it. You represent and warrant that your Submissions will: (i) be accurate and complete; (ii) not infringe any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary right; and (iii) not contain libelous, unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or any virus or malicious code that could affect the operation of the Site or any related software. We accept no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submission posted by you or any third party.

The collection, use, and protection of personal information submitted through the Site or in connection with the Offerings is governed by our Privacy Policy.

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you agree not to use the Site or any other Offering:

(a) for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (b) to encourage or assist others to engage in unlawful conduct; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual-property rights or those of any third party; (d) to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate against any person; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code designed to interfere with the Site or any related software or system; (g) to collect or track the personal information of others; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape the Site; (i) for any obscene or otherwise objectionable purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related software or system.

The Site is not intended for use by minors. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any other Offering at any time without notice if we suspect a violation of these Terms. You will remain responsible for any amounts owed up to the date of termination.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENOCH DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SITE, THE PRODUCTS, AND ANY OTHER OFFERINGS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE OFFERINGS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND THAT THE PRODUCTS AND OFFERINGS ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enoch Packaging Supply and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, licensors, service providers, and subcontractors from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENOCH'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE OFFERINGS GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL ENOCH OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY — INCLUDING LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, CORRUPTION OF, OR COMPROMISE OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, YOUR PURCHASE OF (OR INABILITY TO PURCHASE) PRODUCTS, OR ANY OFFERING — EVEN IF ENOCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF YOU ARE COVERED BY CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN YOUR COUNTRY, STATE, OR OTHER JURISDICTION, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THESE TERMS ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONFERRED BY THOSE LAWS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES (FOR EXAMPLE, IN CASES OF DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT), SO THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms — together with any signed master agreement, the applicable quote or order confirmation, and our Privacy Policy — constitute the entire agreement between you and Enoch concerning the Offerings, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals between you and us, whether oral or written. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms — and any separate agreement under which we provide Offerings to you — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
